The MetroLAN is the backbone of Fort Wayne's City Broadband Initiative... the city administration's innovation program of community service
and economic development that makes available high-speed broadband access to every home and business in the greater Fort Wayne Area.
The Indiana Data Center will be expanding this technology and service to most of the cities in northeast Indiana in the next year.
They will be discussing and demonstrating this technology and also be touching on bandwidth needs of business, types of services and security.
Bring your questions regarding wireless and wire internet services and technology.
All IEEE members that attend will be elegible to win this book. This will be the last meeting before our summer break. We look forward to seeing you. This is a great opportunity to learn about the changes in Internet Wireless service in Northeast Indiana. |
