"What is an Engineer?" program is for male and female area high school students who may have an interest in engineering. Sponsored by the student chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at IPFW.

It will be held from 9 a.m.-noon on Thursday, January 24th in the ballroom of Walb Student Union on the IPFW campus and will feature demonstrations on bridge building, electro-optics applied to astronautical imaging, the wind tunnel, and logic circuits. IPFW faculty, students, and alumni will present the demonstrations.

The program is free but limited to the first 250 respondents. A complimentary lunch will be served. For reservations, contact Prof. Thompson at (260) 481-6361 before Jan. 22, 2002.
