Dr. Peterson will be providing an overview of the Error Correcting Codes and Error Control Techniques. Portions of this work has been recently presented to the US Air Force under a different title. Our community should benefit from this valuable work. | |||||||||||||
| Dr. David R. Peterson is presently a technical member of the Fort Wayne Region Engineering team as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer in Network Centric Systems where he is responsible for system design and analysis of spread spectrum systems, including ECCM and LPI/D waveforms and associated INFOSEC devices. He has been associated with the HAVE QUICK System since its inception and is familiar with encryption techniques, including the SAVILLE system. He is a past IEEE Section Chairman. He was the General Chairman for the AFCEA/IEEE Tactical Communications Conference (TCC) in 1994. He participated in all 6 of the TCCs. | |||||||||||||
