The number of ECUs (Electronic Control Units) in commercial vehicles is rapidly increasing. Although SAE J1939 is the standard for ECU communication, suppliers of ECUs implement the specification non-uniformly creating integration & testing issues for OEMs. Vehicle network simulation, exchange of engineering data, standardized embedded software & automated conformance testing are activities to significantly reduce the integration burden.

The Vector Group is the leading manufacturer of software tools and software components for networking in electronic systems based on CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay

Customers from automotive engineering, the transportation and control technologies from around the world trust in the solutions and products designed by Vector:
* Tools and software components for networking in electronic systems
* Tools for development, calibration and diagnostics of automotive electronic control units
* Tools for the development process of automotive electronic systems
* Customer-specific software components as well as the integration of ECU software for automotive networks.
