I have met Gary at the 2002 IEEE Sections Congress in Washington DC. He is highly regarded in IEEE - very successful. The Electric Show 2004 is in Indianapolis on May 25-27th. It appears that over 280 companies are exhibiting. Take a look and see if you are interested. It is located at the Indiana Convection Center.

SUPERCOMM2004 is our proposed June Meeting. This event is held in Chicago at the McCormick Place. SUPERCOMM encompasses every communication technology: Broadband. Enterprise Networks. Converged Wireless. And the entire Public Network Infrastructure. There are exhibitors from around the world and more than 125 free and paid-tuition education sessions presented by more than 500 global industry leaders.

Even if your primary responsibility isn't commuinications, what about your home, your wireless tools (i.e., cell phone, PDAs, micro computers).

Register before May 15th to SAVE $150. If you are interested in IEEE renting a bus, email me before May 15th. If we don't have at least 40 individuals interested in the commerical tour bus, we won't proceed.

Officer Positions
We have 6 additional individuals showing interest in IEEE Fort Wayne Section Officer positions. We still need about 8 more. If we can get a full compliment of officers, we can keep the work to reasonable levels for everyone and still have a growing, successful program that benefits members, their employers and our community. I have put descriptions for most of the positions on the website under the Officers, Members, Mission page. We are also looking for 10 company representatives. The description is also listed on this page.
