Biography

Eric Sailor has nineteen years of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering design, analysis, and new product development experience. He has designed and developed Hybrid Electric Trucks, Electric Accessories, Thermal Management Systems, Battery System, Motors, Controls, Pumps, Power Tools, Electronics, Magnetics, and Automation. Practicing Quality Function Deployment, Pugh, Statistical Problem Solving, Proximity Diagrams, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design of Experiments, comprehensive reliability test plans, Finite Element Analysis, and developing mathematical models.

In addition, Eric has several years of marketing experience as a Market Manager and New Products Manager. This includes prospecting, key account management, positioning and market strategies, and product development.

Professional Organizations: Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the Society of Automotive Engineers. Previously also a member of American Marketing Association.

Eric has been a member of IEEE for twelve years.
